Avocado Rolls made with Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce is a unique fusion of exotic ingredients and delectable flavours. Avocado is mixed with sautéed mushrooms and enhanced with the flavours of Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce. This mix is then baked until it is ready to serve as an exciting and healthy tiffin recipe for your kids.

Ingredients
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic cloves (minced): 1
- Diced onion: ¼ cup
- Sliced button mushrooms: 1 cup
- Mashed avocado: ½ avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tomatoes (finely chopped): 1
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
- Kissan Sweet and Spicy Sauce: 1 teaspoon
- Phyllo sheets: 6
- Four and water slurry to seal
Method of Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180° C
- Heat a pan and add oil, garlic and onion. Sauté until translucent
- Add the mushrooms and sauté on high heat until cooked. Transfer to a bowl and allow the mix to cool.
- In a bowl, add smashed avocado, salt, pepper, tomato and lemon juice and salt and pepper as required.
- Mix well and then add the cooled mushrooms along with Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce.
- Take a phyllo sheet and brush with oil.
- Place another phyllo sheet on top and brush with oil as well.
- Place a third and final phyllo sheet on top
- Lay the filling on the top phyllo sheet, wrap it tightly and seal with slurry.
- Place the rolls on a baking tray and bake at 180° C for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the cooked roll from the oven, slice and serve.
