Baked Bread Pocket

Baked Bread Pockets: Who doesn't love cheese? Bread Cheese Pakoda is a fun surprise for your child's tiffin box because it’s crispy, cheesy and yummy. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup adds a tangy taste to the dish and elevates its flavour!

Ingredients

  1. Multigrain bread: 8 slices
  2. Boiled corn: 2 tablespoons
  3. Chopped bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
  4. Green capsicum: 2 tablespoons
  5. Chopped mushroom: ¼ cup
  6. Chopped onions (small): 1
  7. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  8. Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala: ½ teaspoon
  10. Coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon
  11. Maida: 2 tablespoons
  12. Oil: 2 tablespoons
  13. Water
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Pepper powder: ¼ teaspoon
  16. Chopped garlic: 1 teaspoon
  17. Mozzarella cheese: 2 tablespoons

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in the pan, saute garlic and onions until translucent. Add in all the veggies and toss well
  2. Add the salt, powder masala and cheese. Mix it well and switch off the gas
  3. Do not overcook the veggies. Cool the mixture
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
  5. Cut the edges off the bread. Make a slurry mixture of maida and water
  6. Take two slices of bread and put 2 tablespoons of filling on one slice. Apply the slurry mixture at the corner and place the second slice on top and seal the edges just like a toastie Repeat the same for the other slice
  7. Brush some oil and bake it at 170 °C for 10-12 mins
  8. Pack these healthy cheese bread pockets in your child’s tiffin box
