Banana Jam Rice Sushi

Sushi isn't something you'd think of as kid-friendly food, but now it's revamped in an all new, healthy avatar. Packed with the goodness of banana and brown rice, this Sushi Wrap is a perfect way to let your fussy eaters have healthy food. The iconic taste of Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam will help make this recipe an instant favourite of your child.

Ingredients

  1. Banana: 1 each per roll
  2. Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam: 1 tablespoon
  3. Chopped walnuts: 2 tablespoons
  4. Cooked brown rice: ½ cup
  5. Whole wheat roti: 2
  6. Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add rice, Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam, lemon juice and walnuts. Mix it together
  2. Lay the roti on a cutting board and spread the rice mix on the roti and add banana halves
  3. Roll it tightly and make a wrap
  4. Trim the edges and cut the roll into two halves
