Ingredients
- Potatoes (boiled & mashed): 50 grams
- Broccoli florets (blanched): 100 grams
- Rice flour: 1 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Besan or gram flour: 2 tablespoons
- Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs: ½ cup
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Method of Preparation
- In a bowl, add the potatoes, broccoli, rice flour, salt, pepper and mix well.
- Add besan and Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce to the vegetables and combine well.
- Coat your palms with a little oil.
- Shape the mixture into croquettes, roll them in breadcrumbs to coat them evenly.
- Heat oil in a pan, place the croquettes in it and shallow fry until golden brown.
- Broccoli croquettes are ready to serve.
