  2. Whole wheat flour: 1 cup
  3. Baking powder: 2 pinches
  4. Grated carrot: ¼ cup
  5. Orange zest: 1
  6. Orange juice: 2 tablespoons
  7. Buttermilk: 4 tablespoons
  8. Kissan Orange Blast Jam: 2 teaspoons
  9. Ghee: ½ teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Method of Preparation:
  2. - Add the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix.
  3. - Add the grated carrot, orange zest, orange juice, buttermilk and Kissan Orange Blast Jam.
  4. - Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
  5. - Heat a non-stick or cast iron skillet.
  6. - Grease the pan with a few drops of ghee.
  7. - Using a ladle, pour a small round of batter on the pan. Do not spread it out.
  8. - Cook on a medium flame until the pancake fluffs up and bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook on the other side.
  9. - Pack the pancakes in the tiffin box.
