Channa Potato Croquettes

Here are some delectable Potato Croquettes with an innovative tweak, a recipe that your child will surely fall in love with. Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce adds the rich flavour of real tomatoes and brings the dish together, making this recipe extremely appetizing for children.

  1. Oil: 2 tablespoons
  2. Cooked dried yellow peas: 1 cup
  3. Cooked potato (medium): 1
  4. Chopped onions: 1 tablespoon
  5. Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 1 tablespoon
  6. Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  7. Chaat masala: 1 teaspoon
  8. Amchur powder: 1 teaspoon
  9. Jeera powder: 1 teaspoon
  10. Black salt: 1 teaspoon
  11. Multigrain bread slice: 1
  12. Milk: 1 teaspoon
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Finely chopped coriander: 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and saute it well
  2. Take a mixing bowl, add boiled potato, yellow peas, salt, powdered spices, black salt and sauteed onions
  3. Add bread soaked in milk and mash the mixture together. Add Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce to the mix
  4. Roll the mixture into tikkis and shallow fry until evenly cooked on both sides
  5. Pack the crispy croquettes in your kid's tiffin box.
