- Chicken mince: ½ cup
- Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
- Chopped onions: 2 tablespoons
- Chopped bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
- Chopped beans: 2 tablespoons
- Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
- Finely chopped garlic: 3
- Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder: 1 teaspoon
- Chilli flakes: 1 teaspoon
- Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
- Boiled and chopped egg: 1
- Puff pastry square
- Salt to taste
- Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Egg wash
Method of Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- First, we need to prepare our stuffing
- Heat a pan and drizzle a little bit of oil over it
- Add chopped onions and saute till light golden. Add chopped vegetables and saute it for a few minutes
- Now add egg, dried spices and chicken mince. Season it with salt and let the chicken get cooked
- Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to the mix
- After the chicken is cooked, take puff pastry squares and cut them in circles
- Place the chicken stuffing in the middle of it and close the edges with your hands
- Place in a baking dish and apply egg wash on them properly with help of a brush and bake for 10 - 15 minutes
- After they are golden brown on top, take them out of the oven and serve hot.
