Chicken Meatballs

Chicken Meatballs are a hit with people of all age groups. This non-vegetarian dish tastes delicious and is an absolute favourite of chicken lovers. The Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup gives it the perfect tomato punch and ensures the meatballs are moist & juicy.

  1. Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  2. Finely chopped onions :1
  3. Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
  4. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  5. Minced chicken: 300 gm
  6. Curd: 2 tablespoons
  7. Multigrain/Brown Bread soaked: 2 slices
  8. Chopped coriander: 2 tablespoons
  9. Chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon
  11. Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
  12. Coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Salt and pepper to taste
  14. For Sauce
  15. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup : 1.5 tablespoon
  16. Yoghurt : 2 tablespoons
  17. Salt and pepper to taste
  18. Water: 1 tablespoon
  19. Garam masala powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  20. Coriander: 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat a pan and add oil, onions and ginger garlic paste. Saute it well.
  2. In another bowl, take a slice of bread and pour milk in it.
  3. Mix all the ingredients except for the olive oil to make little meatballs.
  4. Pan fry until golden brown.
  5. Add yogurt, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, salt, pepper and garam masala. Whisk the ingredients to make a sauce.
  6. Add the sauce mixture in the meatballs pan and simmer for 5 mins. Add coriander and serve with rice.
