Chicken Nuggets

Crispy and spicy, these Chicken Nuggets are a sure fire winner! Try this yummy recipe by our chef Amrita Raichand with some Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup for your little rockstar!

  1. Chicken Breasts, cut into strips: 2
  2. Corn Flour: 1 tbsp
  3. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tbsp
  4. Egg: 1
  5. Refined Flour (Maida): 3/4th cup
  6. Cornflakes, crushed: : 1 cup
  7. Oil To fry: 2 tbsp
  8. Mustard (optional): 1/2 tsp
  9. Lettuce leaves: 2
  10. Carrot: 1 chopped
  11. Pepper one tsp
  12. Oil To fry
  13. Water as required
  14. Cornflakes
  15. Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Marinate the chicken strips with salt, Kissan fresh tomato ketchup and corn flour. Keep it aside.
  2. To make the batter, break an egg and add a little salt in it and whisk well.
  3. Take some maida on a plate with cornflakes in another plate and an egg in a bowl.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, dip the chicken in the maida, then in the egg and lastly coat it with the cornflakes.
  5. Fry the chicken for about 5-6 Minutes on a medium high flame.
  6. To prepare the tiffin, add some lettuce leaves, carrots & the nuggets.
