Coconut Chicken Wrap

This Chicken Wrap recipe is a sure-fire hit because your child is going to relish every delicious bite. Add a flavourful kick to this wrap with Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce making the already tasty dish even more fun.

  1. Rotis: 2
  2. Chicken breast: 1
  3. Desiccated coconut: ¼ cup
  4. Breadcrumbs: ½ cup
  5. Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  6. Salt: A pinch
  7. Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  8. Pepper powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Chopped tomato: 1
  10. Thinly sliced cabbage: ¼ cup
  11. Thinly sliced bell peppers: ¼ cup
  12. Hung curd: 2 tablespoons
  13. Finely chopped coriander leaves: 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add chicken breast and Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce. Mix it well and keep it aside
  2. For coating
  3. Mix together desiccated coconut, bread crumbs, salt, chilli powder and pepper powder
  4. Coat chicken breast with coconut mixture and pan fry until golden brown
  5. To make hung curd sauce - stir curd with chopped coriander, salt and a pinch of chilli powder
  6. Assemble tacos by adding all vegetables and chicken
  7. Top with a hung curd sauce
  8. Pack the yummy chicken wrap in the tiffin.
