Corn and Spinach Tikki

Ingredients

  1. Spinach: 1 cup
  2. Corn: ½ cup
  3. Crushed corn: 2 tablespoons
  4. Cheese: 1-2 tablespoons (10-15 grams)
  5. Salt and black pepper powder to taste
  6. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  7. Chopped parsley: 2 tablespoons
  8. Wheat flour: 2 tablespoons
  9. Oil: 1 tablespoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Blanch the spinach, chop and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together corn, crushed corn, chopped spinach, cheese, salt and pepper, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, parsley and wheat flour.
  3. Grease a baking tray with a little oil.
  4. Make small, round patties of the mixture and place on the greased tray.
  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until crisp.
