Crispy Crumbled Bread Pancakes

These easy-to-make pancakes are fluffy, crispy and loaded with cheese. In short, they’re sure to satisfy the hunger pangs of your children. Pour in Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to give a lip smacking taste to the dish and make it easier for your child to gobble it all up!

Ingredients

  1. Whole wheat bread: 4
  2. Eggs: 4
  3. Chopped mushroom: 2 tablespoons
  4. Grated carrots: 2 tablespoons
  5. Finely chopped bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
  6. Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
  7. Chopped parsley: 3 tablespoons
  8. Red chilli powder: ½ teaspoon
  9. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  10. Chopped spring onions: 1 tablespoon
  11. Finely chopped coriander: ½ teaspoon
  12. Grated cheese: ½ cup
  13. Salt & pepper to taste
  14. Oil for frying

Method of Preparation

  1. Take bread slices and eggs, put them in a grinder and blend it together
  2. Take a mixing bowl, add egg mixture, vegetables, cheese, dry spices, coriander, parsley, salt & pepper to taste and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Mix it well
  3. Heat about 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan at moderate heat. Add about 3 tablespoons of the batter mixture and flatten it out.
  4. Cook on each side for about 2 minutes each or until golden brown. Do the same for the rest of the batter.
  5. Your pancakes are ready to pack in the tiffin box
