Ingredients

Rice: 1 cup
Water: 2 cup
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2.5 to 3 tablespoons
Chopped onion (small): 1
Chopped bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
Crushed garlic: 1
Chopped deseeded tomato: 1
Chopped chicken sausages: 4-5
Shrimp: 4-5
Salt to taste
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Green peas: 2 tablespoons

Method of Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and chopped sausage. Saute for 2 -3 minutes.
Add shrimp and saute until it's cooked. Then add chopped bell peppers, onions, tomato and green peas. Season the mixture with salt. Mix it well till it’s cooked properly.
Now add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and mix well with everything.
Add a cup of rice with two cups of water. And let it cook for 8 - 10 minutes.
Serve it hot.
