Don't your kids just love cookies? If yes, then try making these Jam filled butter Cookies that your kids will love! They’re also super easy to make. Make these with Kissan Berry Blast Jam to cook up a delicious treat for your child.

  1. Refined flour: 1/3 cup
  2. Oats flour: 1/3 cup
  3. Chilled water: 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Kissan Berry Blast Jam: 2 tablespoons (30g)
  5. Butter chilled and cut into cubes: 1/3 cup

Method of Preparation

  1. Take refined flour, oats flour and chilled butter, cut the butter into the flour with a dough cutter, till it reaches the consistency of breadcrumbs.
  2. Add a little water if needed to form a dough, wrap it in clingfilm, flatten it a bit so that it chills faster and put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  3. Roll out half the dough on a lightly floured surface and make balls the size of small lemons and then with your thumb make an indentation on it. Bake on a dry baking tray for 12 to 15 mins at 200°c in an OTG.
  4. Heat the Kissan Berry Blast Jam and melt it slightly on a pan. After the cookies have cooled down spoon the Kissan Berry Blast Jam onto the cookies, let them set (10-20 mins) and it's ready to be served.
