Jam swirl idlis

Ever heard of sweet idli? Jam Swirl Idlis are the perfect tiffin recipe when your child wants to indulge in a sweet delight. Kissan Berry Blast Jam delivers this very new and delectable take to the conventional idli. It adds a splash of colour and a great taste to the dish.

Ingredients

  1. For Idli Batter:-
  2. Rice: 1 cup
  3. Urad dal: ½ cup
  4. Fenugreek seeds: ½ teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Kissan Berry Blast Jam: 3 teaspoons
  7. Oil: 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Put the idli steamer to boil along with water.
  2. Next, take a bowl and cream the Kissan Berry Blast Jam to soften it a bit and then fill the piping bag with the Kissan Berry Blast Jam
  3. Grease the idli molds with a little oil, pour the idli batter into the molds and top the batter with a little Kissan Berry Blast Jam.
  4. With a piping bag, make a ripple effect of the jam in the batter.
  5. Steam for 8-10 minutes till the idli is cooked.
  6. Pack.
