Ingredients
- Soaked & boiled chickpeas: 1 cup
- Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 1.5 tablespoons
- Mustard seeds: ½ teaspoon
- Curry leaves springs
- Hing: A pinch
- Slit green chilli: 1
- Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
- Chopped capsicum: 2 tablespoons
- Chopped raw mango: 1 tablespoon
- Sweet potato (boiled): 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
- Freshly grated coconut: 1 tablespoon
- Oil: 2 teaspoons
- Chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Method of Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed, curry leaves, green chilli and hing. Saute it well.
- Add capsicum, raw mango, sweet potato and boiled kabuli chana. Mix it together
- Followed by cumin powder, Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce and salt to taste
- Switch off the flame and garnish the mixture with coriander leaves, coconut and add lemon juice
- Serve it with a whole wheat bread in the tiffin.
