Mexican Butterfly

Ingredients

  1. Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
  2. Spring onions: 2 tablespoons
  3. Bell Peppers: ¼ cup
  4. Sweet corn: 3 tablespoons
  5. Tofu: ¼ cup
  6. Asparagus: 2 tablespoons
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pepper to taste
  9. Kissan Mexican Salsa Sauce: 2 tablespoons
  10. Farfalle pasta: ½ cup

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan, add spring onions and saute it for 30 seconds.
  2. Add bell peppers and toss it well.
  3. Combine it with sweet corn, tofu and asparagus. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add in Kissan Mexican Salsa Sauce and farfalle pasta. Toss it well.
  5. Your Mexican pasta is ready to pack in the tiffin box.
