Mexican toasties

Mexican Grill Sandwich is an amazing superfood recipe with a fun twist that your kids will surely enjoy. It is the combination of delicious ingredients such as rajma, sweet corn and capsicum with the punch of Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup which brings the dish together beautifully!

  1. Whole wheat bread: 2 slices
  2. Cooked small rajma: 2 tablespoons
  3. Sweet corn frozen: 1 tablespoon
  4. Finely chopped bell pepper: 2 tablespoons
  5. Finely chopped onion: 2 tablespoons
  6. Finely chopped tomato(small): 1
  7. Oil: 1 teaspoon
  8. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoons
  9. Roasted cumin powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Finely chopped coriander: 2 teaspoons
  11. Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add corn, bell pepper, onion, tomato, rajma, salt and stir for 3-4 minute on high flame.
  2. Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, roasted cumin powder, coriander and stir for 1-2 minutes. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup adds Mexican flavours to the filling.
  3. Lightly brush one side of bread slices with olive oil.
  4. Place 2-3 spoons filling, cover with another slice and toast till golden brown.
  5. Divide the Mexican toast into 2 equal half and pack in the tiffin box.
