Mixed Vegetable Canapes

Ingredients

  1. Brown bread slices: 4
  2. Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  3. Yellow zucchini: ¼ cup
  4. Green zucchini: ¼ cup
  5. Chopped broccoli: ¼ cup
  6. Baby corn: ¼ cup
  7. Asparagus: ¼ cup
  8. Shredded carrots: ¼ cup
  9. Moong sprouts: 30 grams
  10. Salt and pepper to taste
  11. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  12. Parsley: 1 teaspoon
  13. Basil: 1 teaspoon
  14. Lettuce: 2 leaves
  15. Cheese: 15 grams

Method of Preparation

  1. - Pre-heat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. - First, slice off the bread crust and place the bread into a muffin tray and bake at 180 °C for 5 mins.
  3. - Heat oil in a pan, add yellow and green zucchini, broccoli, baby corn, asparagus, carrots and sprouts.
  4. - Saute the vegetables for a few minutes.
  5. - Season with salt and pepper.
  6. - Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup with parsley and basil.
  7. - Remove the muffin tray from the oven.
  8. - Assemble the lettuce on the bread and add the vegetable filling.
  9. - Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  10. - Mix vegetable canapes are ready to serve.
