No Bake Semolina Cookies

Rava/Sooji Cookies is a simply irresistible recipe, packed with the goodness of veggies, that ensures the tiffin box will be brought back empty! The Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup adds tons of flavour to the dish and keeps it moist all the way to the lunch break.

Ingredients

  1. Semolina: 1/2 cup
  2. Water: 1 cup
  3. Finely chopped bell peppers: 2 tablespoon
  4. Finely chopped capsicum: 1 tablespoon
  5. Boiled green peas: 1 tablespoon
  6. Diced carrot: 1 tablespoon
  7. Chilli flakes: 1 teaspoon
  8. Chopped black or green olive: 1 tablespoon
  9. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  10. Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Finely chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Add all the veggies in water along with salt and bring it to boil.
  2. Add in rawa (semolina) when the water starts boiling.
  3. Add in Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, chilli flakes and pepper powder.
  4. Stir the mixture continuously so that it does not stick at the bottom. Add coriander leaves
  5. Once the mixture become thick, take it out in a lightly greased tray and flatten it.
  6. Cool the mixture and cut it in the desired shape.
