Don't prevent your kids from eating their favourite noodles, instead get the ingredients just right. Noodle Cake is a super healthy recipe packed with veggies that keeps flavours intact. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup is the magic ingredient that makes the recipe go from good to wow!

Ingredients

  1. Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
  2. Whole wheat noodles (cooked): 1 cup
  3. Chopped onions: 1 tablespoon
  4. Shredded bell peppers: 1 tablespoon
  5. Chopped ginger: ½ teaspoon
  6. Soya chunks: 2 tablespoons
  7. Bell pepper strips: 2 tablespoons
  8. Carrots julienne strips: 1 tablespoon
  9. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  10. Grated cheese: 2 tablespoons (10 grams)
  11. Chopped coriander: 1 teaspoon
  12. Salt & pepper to taste
  13. Chopped ginger: 1 teaspoon
  14. Moong sprouts: 2 tablespoons
  15. Egg white: 1 cup

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the veggies, soya chunks and salt with the chopped ginger. Add the noodles and toss it well
  2. Now, add the moong sprouts, pepper, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and coriander. Mix it well
  3. Take a mixing bowl, add egg whites and salt. Whisk it together
  4. Heat a pan, add the noodles mixture to the pan. Add egg white mixture and top it with cheese. Mix it well
  5. Steam the mixture for a few minutes
  6. Transfer the cake to the tiffin.
