Oats and Zucchini Chilla

If your child is bored with the same old tiffin meal and wants something different and delicious, then you just have to try our fusion recipe, Oats Chilla with Zucchini. Pour Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and make this tiffin a treat for your child’s taste buds.

Ingredients

  1. Oats flour: 3/4 cup
  2. Grated zucchini green and yellow: 1/2 cup
  3. Curd/Yoghurt: 1/4 cup
  4. Baking soda: 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
  7. Chopped coriander: 1 teaspoon
  8. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoon
  9. Water: 1/4 cup
  10. Oil: 1 & 1/2 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Take a non-stick tawa and drop a ladle of the batter and spread a little.
  3. Allow it to cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Before turning the sides apply a little oil on the edges and cook till set and golden in colour.
  4. Over a medium heat cook on the other side till golden.
