Palak Thepla

Ingredients

  1. Whole wheat flour: ¼ cup
  2. Potatoes (boiled): 2
  3. Besan: 2 tablespoons
  4. Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
  8. Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon
  9. Chopped garlic: 1 teaspoon
  10. Finely chopped coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon
  11. Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
  12. Chopped green chillies: 1 teaspoon
  13. Chopped spinach: 1 cup
  14. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  15. Oil: 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. - In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. - Knead the mixture into a dough
  3. - Make medium-sized balls from the dough.
  4. - Preheat your tawa.
  5. - Dust your rolling board with some flour.
  6. - Roll the dough balls into flat theplas
  7. - Place the rolled theplas on the heated tawa.
  8. - Pour oil on its sides and cook both the sides evenly.
  9. - The palak theplas are ready to pack in the tiffin box.
  10. Tiffin Siders:
  11. Roasted makhana and watermelon (or any fruit of your choice)
