Paneer And Sprouts Tikki burger

This Paneer Tikki Burger recipe is sure to become one of your child's all time favourites! Packed with the goodness of paneer, sprouts and veggies, this dish is the perfect balance of health and taste. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup adds a lovely flavour to the tikki and keeps it nice and moist.

  1. Burger buns: 2
  2. Paneer crumbled: 1 cup
  3. Mix sprouts (mashed): 1 cup
  4. Bread crumbs: 1/4 cup
  5. Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  6. Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons
  7. Jeera powder: 1 teaspoon
  8. Cucumber: 1
  9. Tomato: 1
  10. Onion: 1
  11. Oil to pan fry the tikkis as required
  12. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons

Method of Preparation

  2. First, heat a pan.
  3. Take a bowl and mix paneer, sprouts, breadcrumbs and spices together. If the mixture is too runny, add some more breadcrumbs.
  4. Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to the paneer mixture and mix it well.
  5. Shape it in patties and pan fry until lightly brown.
  6. Cut the burger bun in the middle and apply some Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup on the base. Add onion and cucumber slices. Add sprouts and paneer tikki and top with a slice of tomato. Cover with the other half of bun.
  7. Divide the burger into two and pack in the tiffin
