  4. Paneer: 3 to 4 cubes
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 & 1/2 tablespoon
  7. Coriander chopped: 1 teaspoon

  9. Boiled corn: 30g
  10. A few drops of water

Method of Preparation

  1. Take a bowl and combine the corn, paneer, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, salt and bell peppers & coriander (optional). Mix well.
  2. Now, put the gas flame on to heat a pan
  3. Meanwhile, take the slices of bread and cut off the edges and sprinkle a little water on 1 slice of bread and flatten out slightly with a rolling pin being careful not to tear the bread. Repeat with other slices.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling in the centre of 1 slice of bread closed with another slice using a little water on the edges if needed to bind. Crimp the edges close with a fork.
