Paneer Tomato Tikka

An irresistible combo of Paneer Tikka and Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce is a great tiffin recipe for your kids to dig into. Packed with protein-rich paneer marinated in a mix of spices and Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce, the resulting baked dish is a masterful fusion of nutrition and lip-smacking flavours.

Ingredients

  1. Yellow zucchini: 2 tablespoons
  2. Red bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
  3. Yellow bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
  4. Green zucchini: 2 tablespoons
  5. Pineapple: 2 tablespoons
  6. Lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
  7. Paneer: 100 grams
  8. Curd: 2 tablespoons
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Garam masala powder: 2 teaspoons
  11. Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 1-2 tablespoons
  12. Cumin powder: 2 teaspoons
  13. Turmeric powder: 2 teaspoons
  14. Chilli powder: 2 teaspoons
  15. Fresh coriander: 2 teaspoons
  16. Oil: 1 tablespoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Cut the paneer and veggies in cubes.
  2. Take a mixing bowl, add chopped veggies, pineapple, lemon juice, paneer, salt and red chilli powder. Mix it well and keep it aside.
  3. In another bowl make a marinade with curd, salt, garam masala powder, Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and coriander. Stir them well.
  4. Thread yellow & red zucchini, paneer, bell peppers and pineapple onto skewers.
  5. Heat oil to a grill pan, and grill the paneer skewers.
  6. Now, place the paneer skewers on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes at 180°C.
  7. Tiffin Sider:
  8. Pomegranate (or any fruit of your choice) and toasted bread.
