Paneer & Veg Oats Dosa

Paneer Oat Dosa is a refreshing twist to the regular dosa recipe and a healthy yet tasty recipe to pack for your child’s tiffin. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup adds a delicious zing to this delectable dosa!

Ingredients

  1. For Batter:-
  2. Rice flour: 1 cup
  3. Oats flour: 1/2 cup
  4. Curd: 1/2 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
  7. Water as needed
  8. Eno: 1 packet
  9. For Filling:-
  10. Paneer crumbled: 1/2 cup
  11. Chopped onion: 1 cup
  12. Finely chopped cabbage:1 cup
  13. Grated carrot: 1 cup
  14. Sauteed spinach: 1 cup
  15. Sauteed mushrooms: 1 cup
  16. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoons
  17. Salt and pepper to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients of dosa batter together to form a pouring batter.
  2. Mix all the ingredients of the filling together and keep aside.
  3. Add eno to the batter and mix well.
  4. Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of batter and cook the dosa till browned on both sides.
  5. Add the filling, fold in and add to the tiffin box.
  6. Serve it with some fresh fruits and dried fruits.
