Pasta Egg Fritter

Tasty Pasta Egg fritters pair your child's two favourite ingredients (eggs & pasta) into one delightful dish. This is the best way to include protein packed eggs instead of the same old scrambled egg or omelettes. Cook this dish with Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to give it a taste that kids would love.

  1. Leftover cooked short pasta: 3/4 cup
  2. Egg: 1
  3. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoons
  4. Grated cheese: 1 tablespoon
  5. Grated carrot: 1 tablespoon
  6. Chopped coriander: 1 tablespoon
  7. Soya sauce: 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Oil: 2 teaspoons

Method of Preparation

  1. Crack egg in a small bowl. Add ketchup, cheese, coriander, soy sauce and whisk well.
  2. Ketchup helps add flavor to pasta while masking the eggy flavor, making it more appealing for kids.
  3. Add cooked pasta into this and toss well.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan. Pour 1 teaspoon of oil into the pan and coat the surface.
  5. Pour 1-2 tablespoon of pasta-egg mix to make small pancakes.
  6. Drizzle some oil around the edges, turn over and cook other side similarly.
  7. Pack in keep-hot lunch boxes
