Pasta in Carrot Sauce

Popular with kids, pasta is a guaranteed tiffin hit and with our Pasta in Carrot Sauce cooked with Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup you simply can’t go wrong. Vitamin A-rich carrots are pureed with tangy Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to make a delicious and healthy base for pasta topped with oregano and cheese.

Ingredients

  1. Olive oil: 2 teaspoons
  2. Finely chopped garlic: 2 cloves
  3. Carrot puree: 1 medium
  4. Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon
  5. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Cooked whole wheat pasta: ½ cup
  8. Water as required
  9. Chopped fresh basil
  10. Cheese (for garnish)

Method of Preparation

  1. - Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, carrot puree, dried oregano, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and season with salt and sauté well.
  2. - Now add in the cooked whole wheat pasta and pour in a little water and fresh basil. Let it cook for a while.
  3. - Garnish with cheese and pack the meal in the tiffin box.
