Ingredients
- Boiled spaghetti till al dente: 250 gm
- Olive oil: 1 Tablespoon
- For the Pesto Sauce
- Basil leaves: 1 cups
- Grated parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup
- Pine nuts: 1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Garlic cloves: 2
- Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
- Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
- Mix Vegetables (Blanched Baby corn, broccoli, carrots)
Method of Preparation
- For the Pesto Sauce
- Take basil leaves, pine nuts, salt, garlic cloves, olive oil, combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till a semi-fine paste
- For the Pasta:
- In a pan, add the olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot, saute the mixed vegetables for at least 2 minutes.
- Now add spaghetti to the vegetables, salt to taste. Let it heat through.
- Next, add 1 tablespoon Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup in it
- Switch off the gas and add pesto sauce. Give it a quick toss.
- Mix well, adjust seasoning and garnish with some more parmesan.
