Ingredients
- Boiled and mashed potato: 1
- Grated paneer: ½ cup
- Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
- Multigrain bread: 4
- Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
- Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped garlic: 2 cloves
- Finely chopped onion: 1 cup
- Finely chopped bell peppers: 2 tablespoons
- Chopped green beans: 2 tablespoons
Method of Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion. Saute it well
- Add chopped vegetables and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup in the mixture
- Now add paneer, boiled potato, powdered spices and salt to the mix
- Take a bread slice, trim the edges off and flatten it more with the help of a rolling pin
- Place the prepared filling at the centre of the bread, roll them tightly
- Heat oil in a pan and sear the prepared rolls till brown on each side.
