Potato & Cheese Roesti

Cheesy Potato Rosti is a fun take on your regular Aloo Tikki and when cooked with Kissan Tomato Ketchup it makes for the perfect tiffin treat. Make this easy Cheese Potato Filling Rosti recipe to ensure that your rockstar’s Tiffin comes home empty.

  1. Boiled potatoes: 2 par
  2. Onion (small): 1 , chopped red bell peppers and capsicum /any veggie chopped
  3. Grated processed cheese: 1 cube (20g)
  4. Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  5. Oil: 1 tablespoon
  6. Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil, add onions and saute till golden.
  2. Grate the potatoes and place it in a bowl.
  3. Add chopped capsicum and red bell peppers and saute for 3-4 minutes
  4. Add veggies to the potato bowl, also add grated cheese and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together.
  5. In a pan, heat oil, spread the mixture, cook both side till golden brown.
