Rajma Wraps are a fresh, new take on the classic mexican burrito. They taste delicious and will definitely score high with your child come lunch time. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup gives the recipe the perfect tomato-tangy taste which blends beautifully with the Rajma and tastes divine.

  1. Roti: 1
  2. Oil: 1 ½ tablespoon
  3. Chopped ginger: 1 teaspoon
  4. Chopped garlic: 1 teaspoon
  5. Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  6. Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon
  7. Finely chopped onions: 1 cup
  8. Finely chopped tomatoes: 1 cup
  9. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  10. Rajma (Soaked and boiled): 1 cup
  11. Chopped coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Chilli-garlic chutney

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the ginger and garlic sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add salt, chilli powder and coriander powder and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  4. Add the tomatoes, chilli-garlic chutney and rajma sauté on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, pour some water into the mixture while stirring occasionally.
  5. Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and coriander leaves, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Then keep aside.
  6. Just before serving, warm a roti on a non-stick tava.
  7. Place 1/4th of the prepared chatpata rajma filling in a row in the centre of the roti.
  8. Then roll it into a wrap.
