Crispy Ribbon Vadis prepared with Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce are not only appealing to the eye but are also a delicious and wholesome tiffin meal. Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce is the perfect tangy tastemaker to lift the flavour of vitamin A-rich sweet potatoes and vegetables to make a dish more tasty with every bite.

Ingredients

  1. Oats flour: 2 cups
  2. Boiled & mashed sweet potatoes: ½ cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water as required
  5. Mixed bell peppers: ¼ cup
  6. Finely chopped onion: ¼ cup
  7. Grated cheese: 2 tablespoons
  8. Grated paneer: ¼ cup
  9. Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce: 2 tablespoons

Method of Preparation

  1. Mix together the oat flour, sweet potato, salt and water. Knead the mixture into a smooth dough and keep aside.
  2. In another bowl, add mixed bell peppers, onion, cheese, paneer and Kissan Sweet & Spicy Sauce. Mix well.
  3. Roll the oats and potato dough onto a sheet of baking paper. Spread the paneer mixture on it.
  4. Roll it like a swiss roll and cut it in into even slices.
  5. Pan fry until light brown in colour on both sides. Let the vadi cool for few minutes.
  6. Crunchy Vadi is now ready to pack in the tiffin box.
