Roti & Rice Burrito

If your kids love Burritos, then you should definitely try this version of Roti and Rice Burrito. Add in some vegetables and leftover rice and use Kissan Tomato ketchup to bind all of this together and deliver the filling with an awesome taste that your kid would thoroughly enjoy.

  1. Small onion chopped: 1
  2. Red bell pepper: Half chopped
  3. Yellow bell pepper: Half chopped
  4. Oil: 1 tablespoon
  5. Cumin Seeds: 1 teaspoon
  6. Tomato ketchup: 3 tablespoons (45gm)
  7. Half cup cooked rice
  8. Cooked rotis: 1 to 2
  9. Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add cumin seeds (jeera)
  3. Add onion, let it caramelize
  4. Add red and yellow bell peppers, season with salt and saute till soft
  5. Add Kissan Fresh Tomato ketchup, mix well
  6. Add rice, pinch of jeera powder and mix well
  7. Adjust seasoning, your filling is ready
  8. Warm the roti to a moderate temperature
  9. Place filling at centre of roti, roll and wrap in a foil paper
