Safed Mutter Ki Tikki

Ingredients

  1. Boiled safed matar: 1 cup
  2. Cornflour: 1 tablespoon
  3. Roasted cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Chopped green chilli: 2 teaspoons
  5. Finely chopped onion: 1 cup
  6. Amchoor powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  8. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  9. Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Mash the safed matar in a bowl.
  2. Add in all the ingredients in the bowl and mix well.
  3. Take a portion and form a tikki of it.
  4. Heat tawa and dry roast the tikkis on both the sides.
  5. Serve along with roti as a wrap or along with multigrain/atta bread
