Sesame Tofu Stuffed Capsicum

If you’re looking to experiment with something exciting for your child's tiffin, this Tofu Stuffed Capsicum recipe is just what you need! Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup adds a fun tomato punch to the recipe and ensures that the lunch box will be brought back empty!

  1. Capsicum/bell peppers: 2
  2. Oil for brushing as required
  3. Stuffing:-
  4. Tofu crumbled: 1 cup
  5. Chopped onion: 1 cup
  6. Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  7. Soya sauce: 1 teaspoon
  8. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  9. Sesame seeds: 1 teaspoon
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons
  12. Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Take a bowl, add tofu, onion, soy sauce, salt, chilli powder, ginger, sesame seeds, coriander leaves and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Mix together all the stuffing ingredients.
  2. Wash, de-seed and slice the capsicum into two halves. Brush with olive oil and set aside. Stuff the capsicum with the tofu mixture.
  3. Grill it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  4. Pack it in the tiffin box.
