Spaghetti with Masala Bhurji

Pasta is an all-time favourite with kids! So surprise your child with this Spaghetti Pasta Bhurji packed with the goodness of veggies and eggs. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup acts like a pasta sauce for the dish and takes the flavour a notch higher.

Ingredients

  1. Cooked spaghetti: 200 grams
  2. Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  3. Chopped onions: 1 tablespoon
  4. Chopped tomato & red bell pepper: 1 tablespoon
  5. Chopped green bell pepper: 1 tablespoon
  6. Chopped spring onion: 1 teaspoon
  7. Eggs beaten: 3
  8. Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
  9. Red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  10. Dhania powder: 1 teaspoon
  11. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Milk: 1 cup

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan, saute the chopped vegetables and the spices along with Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
  2. Add the beaten eggs along with milk to the bhurji and add salt to taste
  3. Top it with chopped coriander and spring onions
  4. Toss in the spaghetti and mix well to heat through
  5. Finish it with chopped coriander.
