Ingredients
- Milk: 1 cup
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Pre-roasted vermicelli: ½ cup
- Kissan Strawberry Blast Jam: 3 tablespoons (45 grams)
- Salt to taste
- Chopped mixed nuts (mainly peanuts): 2 tablespoons
- Crushed & powdered mixed nuts: 2 tablespoons
Method of Preparation
- Heat a pan on medium flame and add milk and sugar.
- Allow to cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add the vermicelli and Kissan Strawberry Blast Jam. Whisk the kheer mixture until smooth.
- Add a pinch of salt and transfer the kheer to a mixing bowl.
- Garnish with chopped nuts and let the mixture cool in the refrigerator. Make small, round ladoos out of the mixture.
- Roll the ladoos in the mixed nuts powder and they are ready to pack in the tiffin box.

- Chopped papaya (or any fruit of your choice) and chutney sandwich.
