Tomato Baby Corn Rice

Add a twist to plain and boring rice by making Tomato Rice with finely chopped Baby Corn by Saee for your little one. Tomato Rice is always a delight when you add some Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup.

Ingredients

  1. Baby corn: 3/4 cup, chopped.
  2. Capsicum: 1/2 cup, chopped.
  3. Basmati rice (long grain): 2 cup, cooked / leftover rice.
  4. Oil: 1 tbsp.
  5. Onions: 1/2 cup, chopped.
  6. Garlic: 1 tsp, chopped.
  7. Kissan Tomato Sauce: 3.5 tbsp.
  8. Sugar: pinch.
  9. Salt to taste.
  10. Pepper powder to taste.

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a minute.
  3. Add the baby corn and capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the tomato ketchup, chilli powder and sugar. Mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  5. Add in the rice and the salt and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
