Tomato Oats Rava Uttapam

Oats Rava Uttapam is one of the best ways to serve your child a nutritious meal without ever compromising on taste. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup balances the sweetness of the dish making it even more appetising for children.

Ingredients

  1. Oats flour: ¼ cup
  2. Fine semolina: ¼ cup
  3. Tomato puree: 2 tablespoons
  4. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoons
  5. Baking soda: A pinch
  6. Chopped coriander: 2 teaspoons
  7. Oil: 2 teaspoons
  8. Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients
  2. Add tomato puree, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and around 2 tablespoons water to the batter. Garnish with coriander leaves
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan
  4. Make 4 - 5 small sized uttapams using this batter, with a few drops of oil to cook both sides until golden
  5. Serve with green chutney in your kid's tiffin box.
