Tossed Mini Idlis

Mini Masala Idli is an interesting twist to your regular idli recipes. Serve it with a dash of health which is vegetable and a dash of tanginess in the form of Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup in your kids tiffin box.

Ingredients

  1. Ready made coin idlis: 6 nos
  2. Chaat masala: 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoons
  4. Grated carrot: 1 small
  5. Green peas: 2 tablespoons
  6. Freshly grated coconut: 2 teaspoons
  7. Curry leaves: 3-4 nos
  8. Mustard seeds: 1 pinch
  9. Hing: 1 small pinch
  10. Oil: 1 teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Pepper powder a pinch
  13. Finely chopped coriander: 1 teaspoon

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, put in mustard seeds and curry leaves. Allow it to crackle.
  2. Add hing, carrots and peas. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Toss in the steamed idlis, add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup, chaat masala, salt and pepper.
  4. Garnish it with coriander and grated coconut.
