  1. Maida: ½ cup
  2. Milk: 1 cup
  3. Eggs: 2
  4. Oil: ¼ cup
  5. Cheese: ½ cup
  6. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
  7. Pizza seasoning: 2 teaspoons
  8. Crushed garlic clove: 2
  9. Chopped tomato: 1
  10. Chopped capsicum: 2 tablespoons
  11. Chopped onion: 2 tablespoons
  12. Baking powder: 2 teaspoons
  13. Chilli flakes: 1 teaspoon
  14. Salt to taste

Method of Preparation

  1. Preheat the OTG to 180ºC and grease a muffin pan
  2. Mix together milk, eggs, oil and whisk it well
  3. In a mixing bowl, add atta, maida, baking powder, garlic, salt, pizza seasoning and chilli flakes. Add the chopped vegetables to this mixture and mix it well
  4. Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Add cheese and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup into the mixture
  5. Pour in the mixture into the muffin pan
  6. Bake the muffins for 15-20 minutes
  7. Pack the yummy muffins in the lunch box.
