Vegetable Cheese Grilled Sandwich

A sandwich, at its cheesiest best! Who does not love melted cheese. This Vegetable and cheese grilled sandwich by our chef Vicky Ratnani is all rounder for kids especially when you have kissan tomato ketchup twist in it.

Ingredients

  1. Cauliflower florets, blanched: : 1/2 cup
  2. Carrots, blanched: 1/2 cup
  3. Broccoli florets, blanched: 1/2 cup
  4. Green Peas, boiled:1/3 cup
  5. Tomato, finely chopped: 2 tbsp
  6. Few Spring Onions, finely chopped
  7. Few Coriander Leaves, chopped
  8. Grated Cheese: 1/2 cup
  9. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Pepper: 1 tsp
  12. Bread: 2 Slices
  13. Olive Oil: 1 tbsp

Method of Preparation

  1. To make the filling, first add the cauliflower, broccoli & carrots in a mixer and grind into a fine consistency.
  2. Once that’s done, add it in a bowl. In that, add green peas, tomatoes, spring onions, coriander, cheese and mix it all together.
  3. Then add some Kissan Tomato Ketchup and mix it well. The filling is ready!
  4. Take a bread slice and add the filling. Cover this with another slice.
  5. Place a pan on the stove and add some olive oil to it.
  6. Place the sandwich on it and grill it on both sides.
  7. To prepare the tiffin, add some fruits & dry fruits in it. Then place the sandwich in it.
  8. Tiffin is ready!
