Vegetable Kurmura Chaat

Ingredients

  1. Small Potato, boiled & cubed: 1
  2. Small Cucumbers, cubed: 1
  3. Pineapple, cubed: 1/3 cup
  4. Puffed rice (Kurmura): 1/2 cup
  5. Fox Nuts (Makhana), roasted: 1/2 cup
  6. Coriander, finely chopped: 2 tbsp
  7. Spring onions, finely chopped: 1 tbsp
  8. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 1/2 tbsp
  9. Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
  10. Green chutney: 1 tbsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Black Pepper Powder to taste
  13. Green chutney: 1 tbsp
  14. Chopped coriander: 1 tsp

Method of Preparation

  1. Toss all the above ingredients together and mix it all well to make a very tasty and healthy bhel.
  2. To make the tiffin ready, add the bhel along with some pomegranate seeds and cashew nuts
