Vegetable Seekh Kebab

Vegetable Seekh Kebab is a recipe that’s loaded with protein and it will ensure that you see an empty tiffin when your child gets back home. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup gives the perfect tomato flavour and an appealing colour to the dish.

Ingredients

  1. Boiled potato: ½ cup
  2. Boiled and crushed green peas: ¼ cup
  3. Finely chopped carrot: ¼ cup
  4. Chopped french beans: 2 tablespoons
  5. Roasted besan: 2 tablespoons
  6. Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Pepper powder: 1 teaspoon
  9. Finely chopped coriander leaves: 2 teaspoons
  10. Finely chopped mint leaves: 2 teaspoons
  11. Kashmiri red chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  12. Garam masala: ½ teaspoon
  13. Oil: 2 teaspoons
  14. Wooden skewers: 4 sticks

Method of Preparation

  1. Heat a pan and roast besan until its aromatic and keep it aside
  2. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl except oil and mix well. It should resemble a dough
  3. Settle the mixture on the wooden skewers and shallow fry it on a pan
  4. Flip it over and cook both the sides evenly until golden brown
  5. Serve the crispy veg skewers in your child's tiffin box.
