Ingredients
- Whole wheat/Atta bread slices: 5
- Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoons
- Paneer: 50 grams
- Grated cheese: 1 ½ tablespoon ( 22-25 grams)
- Red chilli powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Chaat masala: 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
- Oil: 2 - 3 tablespoons
- Finely chopped carrot: 2 tablespoons
- Finely chopped capsicum: 2 tablespoons
- Finely chopped beans: 2 tablespoons
Method of Preparation
- Trim the edges of bread slices.
- Take a bowl, add bread, paneer, grated cheese, chopped carrot, capsicum, beans and mash it well together.
- Now add red chili powder, chaat masala, garam masala. Mix well.
- Then add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and mix it well.
- Divide the prepared croquette mixture into lemon sized pieces and shape them into small sausages (or croquettes)
- Heat oil in a pan and add the croquettes, shallow fry till golden brown (Please dab on a kitchen roll until all croquettes are dry)
