Waffles are a delightfully sweet treat loved by every kid. That’s why this recipe is a sure winner in their tiffin box. Kissan Berry Blast Jam adds a burst of blueberry flavour and a fun taste to the dish that your kids will relish.

  1. Whole wheat flour: 1.5 cups
  2. Baking powder: 1 1/2 teaspoons
  3. Icing sugar: 1 tablespoon
  4. Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  5. Eggs: 2
  6. Vanilla extract: 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Skimmed milk: 3/4 cup
  8. Kissan Berry Blast Jam: 1 tablespoon (20 grams)

Method of Preparation

  1. In a bowl, add wheat flour, baking powder and mix it together. Keep the mixture aside
  2. Take another bowl, add eggs, vanilla essence and while whisking add milk to the egg mixture
  3. Now add wheat flour mixture to the egg mixture slowly and add Kissan Berry Blast Jam, beating it until incorporated in the mixture.
  4. Now heat a waffle iron on high and grease it with olive oil.
  5. Spoon 2 ladle fulls of batter onto the waffle iron.
  6. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the waffle is golden brown.
  7. Divide the waffles into 4 pieces and dust some icing sugar on it. Now pack the tiffin.
