Whole Wheat Dosa Rolls

Sweet Dosa - Yes, you heard it right! Roll and wrap some fresh fruits and crunchy nuts in your child's tiffin box with this yummy recipe. Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam adds a flavoursome appeal to the dish and creates a whole bunch of fruity magic.

Ingredients

  1. Whole wheat flour: ½ cup
  2. Grated jaggery: 1 tablespoon
  3. Oil: 1 teaspoon
  4. Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam: 2 teaspoons
  5. Chopped banana (small): 1
  6. Chopped roasted almonds: 1 teaspoon
  7. Water as required

Method of Preparation

  1. Add grated jaggery, water and microwave for 1 minute until it melts
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix atta with liquid jaggery and water to get a perfect batter consistency. Set aside for 10 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, prepare a filling by adding Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam, chopped almonds and chopped banana. Jam adds flavour and binds the filling ingredients together
  4. Heat a non stick tawa and smear a few drops of oil on it using a kitchen paper
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it into a dosa. Cook both sides until lightly golden brown
  6. Spread the filling on top of the dosa, roll over and serve warm.
